- Concentrate on understanding and satisfying customers' requirements on every project- Continually strive to be a proactive partner with suppliers and customers- Oversee all processes involving transferring technology, obtaining raw materials, scheduling shipping, and maintaining quality control.- Offer highly trained and experienced chemists to assist customers in sourcing molecules for breakthrough pharmaceutical, agricultural and other industrial chemicals - including the development of appropriate production technology, if necessary- Continually increase service speed and efficiency through training, increased staff, and expansion of office - Establish close working relationships with customer to achive faster, more successful completion of projects
